Welcome to this online course on Yoga Nidra!
My name is Liz, and I designed this to introduce you to the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and its profound benefits physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
In this section I will introduce you to four approximately 30 min long yoga nidra sessions, each with different guided imagery. I invite you to try all of them and find your favourites to practice regularly.
