𝐄-𝐑𝐘𝐓®𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐑𝐏𝐘𝐓® 𝐘𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐏®

I’m Liz, a trauma-informed yoga educator and the founder of The Meridian-Emotion-Nervous System Yoga Method ®, and the 100HR Trauma Informed Yin Yoga & Chinese Meridians Teacher Training. In the past decade, I’ve been guiding teachers and practitioners to deepen their practice, and hold space for others safely and confidently.

I turned my passion for yin yoga, emotional and mental health, and Chinese meridian theory into a method that literally transformed my life, helped me navigate emotional overwhelm, recover from burnout and bring depth into both my personal practice and teaching. Today, I share this work with aspiring teachers, space holders and practitioners from around the world.

Through years of personal study, lived experience and teaching, I’ve seen firsthand how understanding the meridian-emotion-nervous system connection can change the way you show up in life. I know what it feels like to guide others while protecting your own energy, and I created this course to give you the tools, structure, and confidence that I wish I had when I started.

My mission is to support you on your journey so that you can hold space in a way that transforms lives without burnout, overwhelm, or self-doubt. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way, offering clear instruction, mentorship, and a supportive community to help you integrate this work fully into your classes, your personal practice, and your life.

Love, Liz
